Shannon Mcnaughton

Shannon has lived in Devonport most of her life and found a love for dance at a young age. Classically trained in the Royal Academy of Dance Ballet she then moved on to other styles including American Jazz, Tap, Zumba, Modern Dance, Cabaret, Contemporary and Cheerleading.

Shannon is the proud owner of Devonport Dance Club and is excited to take on leadership of such a positive community institution. As a mum of two and a Vauxhall School ex-student, ex-parent and current employee, she couldn’t wait to put her mark on the next chapter for the Dance Club.

She is passionate about children, the joy that dance brings to them and is very excited to see Dance Club back!

Neave Murray

Neave Murray is a Takapuna Grammar School student and loves to dance! Neave has been dancing since she was 4 years old doing mainly contemporary, Jazz and Lyrical.

She currently dances at Northern School of Performing Arts and at Takapuna Grammar School where Neave is part of a dance company and a dance leader. She also teaches at Belmont Intermediate Dance Group . Neave loves playing hockey and plays for the 1Xl hockey team at TGS .

She is very excited to have this opportunity to teach and looking forward to having more fun with dance at Dance Club.
